That Was Fast! Jesse Spencer’s First Role After Leaving Chicago Fire Revealed

Jesse Spencer, after leaving Chicago Fire, is starring in a new series Last Days of the Space Age. Set in 1979 Western Australia, the show follows three families as they navigate personal challenges during a power strike, the Miss Universe pageant, and the crash of the U.S. space station Skylab near Perth. Spencer plays Tony Bissett alongside Radha Mitchell, with Deborah Mailman and Linh-Dan Pham as co-stars.

Spencer left Chicago Fire after 10 seasons, citing a desire to explore new opportunities and take care of family. He returned for guest appearances in Seasons 11 and 12.
